At the moment, we’re only able to search keywords across all conversations, but not within a specific contact or conversation thread. Suggested functionality: A search bar within each conversation/contact view Ability to highlight and jump between keyword matches Optional filters (e.g. date, sender) This would significantly improve productivity for teams handling high message volumes.
