Problem Statement: Currently, the Shopify integration automatically syncs all active products from the connected Shopify store into the SleekFlow product catalog. Customers have no option to choose which products should be synced or excluded. This creates challenges for merchants who maintain products in Shopify that are not intended for customer service, sales, or WhatsApp conversations, resulting in a cluttered catalog and reduced usability for agents. Customer Request: Provide an option to selectively sync products from Shopify to SleekFlow, allowing merchants to: Include only specific products or collections. Exclude selected products from being synced. Manage product visibility without affecting their Shopify storefront. Business Impact / Use Case: Prevent internal, draft, seasonal, or irrelevant products from appearing in SleekFlow. Improve agent efficiency by displaying only products relevant for customer conversations. Support merchants with large product catalogs who require more granular catalog management. Reduce manual operational overhead and improve overall user experience. Current Behavior: All active Shopify products are automatically synced to the SleekFlow catalog. The only available workaround is disabling the product catalog in Inbox, which hides the entire catalog instead of allowing selective filtering. Expected Behavior: Introduce a configuration within the Shopify integration that enables customers to: Select products or collections to sync. Exclude specific products from synchronization. Update synchronization rules without disconnecting the integration.
