The user would like to have an option to customize their own time interval for the $ of conversations metrics
They are seeing that the time interval shown in our performance analytics now does not match with their company SLA, so the metrics is not the most useful to them.
Since the SLA for different companies is different, its difficult to use the same time interval for all companies on the analytics dashboard
