Feature request:
Allow Instagram comments to be displayed and managed directly within the SleekFlow Inbox.
Expected functionality:
  • Display Instagram comments in the Inbox alongside other customer conversations.
  • Allow users to track and manage comments that require a response.
  • Enable human or AI agents to reply directly to Instagram comments from the Inbox.
  • Allow AI to automatically respond to Instagram comments when configured.
  • Allow teams to track pending and answered comments to ensure no customer interaction is missed.
Use case: Customers are engaging with businesses through Instagram comments, but teams need to monitor these interactions separately. Bringing comments into the Inbox would allow businesses to centralize engagement, ensure every comment is followed up, and decide whether the response should be handled by a human agent or AI.
