Infinite flow scrolling + button to enable / disable flow

1) It would be great to see all the flows in 1 page rather than flipping to the other page.
1-10 / 11 - 21 / etc to infinite scroll. All in one page is easier to manage the flows.
2) Allow us to enable / disable which flow without entering the flow itself and press "save as draft"

We will commit to the infinite scroll fix in current sprint.
For the direct enable/disable flow, considering there is validation during publishing inside the canvas, putting on the list view might silently blocked the action. Feel free to discuss some better workaround!
