Current situation:
The Kanban board is currently fixed at the account level, meaning all users and teams share the same Kanban structure and view.
Feature request:
Allow each user or team to have and customize their own Kanban board and view.
Expected functionality:
  • Users can create and customize their own Kanban board.
  • Different users or teams can have different Kanban stages/views based on their workflows.
  • Personal Kanban configurations should not affect the account-level or other users' views.
  • Ideally, admins should also be able to define shared team-level boards when needed.
Use case:
Different teams within the same account may have different workflows. For example, Sales may use stages such as New → Qualified → Proposal → Won, while Customer Success may need a completely different set of stages.
