[Flow Builder] Support Team-Level Collaborators in Flow Builder

CONTEXT
Our goal is for all members of a team to have visibility into and receive notifications for every new inbound inquiry.
Currently, the only way to achieve this is by adding each user individually as a collaborator within the Flow Builder.
This approach has a couple of limitations:
- High maintenance – Whenever a new user joins the team, they must be manually added as a collaborator to every relevant flow, even though they already belong to the same team.
- No access to historical conversations – Since the new user was not a collaborator when previous conversations were created, they won't have access to those existing conversations, despite now being part of the team. New user would need to be manually added to all older conversations
FEATURE REQUEST
Introduce the ability to add an entire team as collaborators within Flow Builder, instead of selecting users individually.
This would automatically:
* Include all current and future team members as collaborators.
* Ensure newly added team members inherit collaborator access without requiring manual updates to existing flows.
* Give newly added team members access to both new and existing conversations where the team is a collaborator.
* Improve scalability and reduce ongoing maintenance, especially for teams with frequent personnel changes.
