When setting up the “Send Media” action in Flow Builder, would it be possible to keep the original file name as uploaded instead of converting it into random codes?

The intention is to retain the original file name after upload, rather than replacing it with a random code as changing the file name may cause confusion when the file is sent to customers, from customer end they see the random codes as file name.
