Hi Sarah, yes, exactly! The use case is about editing several properties of the same contact in one go. We would love to be able to do this easily from a single button directly in the contact sidebar while chatting with them. For example, if a customer gives us updated details during a chat, we want to update their email, phone number, and custom fields all at once without having to click into each property individually.

Just to understand more of the use case, is this about editing several properties of the same contact in one go (this mean the customer wants to apply the same changes across multiple contact properties), or about applying the same change across multiple contacts at once? An example of when this comes up during a chat would help us design the right workflow. Thanks
