WhatsApp username and BSUID now available in SleekFlow
SleekFlow can now automatically store WhatsApp Username and BSUID as contact properties when these identifiers are provided by Meta, giving teams a more reliable way to identify and manage WhatsApp customers alongside phone numbers. Teams can view and export these fields, and use them as variables in Flow Builder for lead capture, CRM synchronization, and automated workflows—without changing their existing WhatsApp channels, CTWA setup, or automations.
