effective April 1, 2026

What's changing:

Saudi Arabia
: Higher marketing message rates (+10%)
India
: Higher authentication-international rates (+8.6%)
Pakistan
: Higher utility & authentication rates (+86%); authentication-international rates unchanged
Turkey
: Lower utility & authentication rates (-83%)
