The new
Ticket Created
trigger in Flow Builder starts a workflow the instant a ticket is created in SleekFlow, with the full ticket payload available as variables in every downstream node — including Webhook and API request nodes.
Available variables include:
  • Ticket details
    — ID, subject, description, type, status, and priority
  • Requester info
    — name, email, and phone number
  • Ready for any node
    — call variables in messages, conditions, webhooks, or API requests with no extra setup
For example, an insurance team can auto-send a high-priority ticket's ID, subject, and requester details to an external case management system the moment it's logged — no manual copy-paste, no delay.
