Simple Automations
page in Settings lets admins create these automations. No flow building, and these rules don't count toward your active workflow limits.
  • Auto-Reply
    — send a business-hours greeting to new contacts, an after-hours reply to everyone, or both, with an inline working hours editor (9–5, 9–6, 24/7 presets or custom per-day).
  • Route Conversations
    — assign incoming chats to a specific team member, share them round-robin across a pool, or leave them unassigned.
For example, a beauty clinic with three branches wants every new WhatsApp message answered within seconds and routed evenly across front-desk staff. They don't need branching logic or conditions — just a friendly greeting and round-robin assignment. Flow Builder would be overkill; Simple Automations gets it live in minutes.
