Every comment on your live stream now gets a response, and every story reply gets a follow-up — without anyone watching the screen in real time. Teams running launches, flash sales, or live Q&As capture engagement as it happens, instead of cleaning up missed conversations the next day.
Flow Builder now supports two new triggers for Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts:
- User comments during a live stream:Live triggers stop the moment a broadcast ends, so replays won't re-activate them.
- User replies to a story:Story reply triggers keep working after 24 hours only if the story is saved to Instagram Highlights.
Also updated:
- User comments on a post now include reels— Previously, this trigger only fired on post comments. It now also triggers when someone comments on a reel.
Four pre-built templates are now on the Flow template page with pre-built nodes, so you're configuring instead of building from scratch:
- Reply to live stream comments
- Reply to Instagram story replies
- Reply to post or reel comments
